Today, we're excited to announce updates to our pricing for cPanel, Plesk, and Vultr GPU, all of which have been shaped by your valuable input.
cPanel and Plesk pricing updates
We're pleased to share that, effective September 1, we are reducing our monthly pricing for cPanel and Plesk thanks to our ongoing partnership with WebPros and adding a new plan, Plesk Web Admin. Here's a breakdown of the new prices:
cPanel Pricing:
- cPanel Admin: $27.99/month
- cPanel Pro: $39.99/month
- cPanel Plus: $49.99/month
- cPanel Premier: $59.99/month
Plesk Pricing:
- Plesk Web Pro Edition: $19.95/month
- Plesk Web Host Edition: $31.95/month
These reductions offer better value for those building out their cPanel and Plesk deployments on Vultr, ensuring you get the best possible tools at more competitive prices.
Our new Plesk plan, Plesk Web Admin, priced at $12.95/month, offers users who require 10 domains or less, and who don’t require account or subscription management tools, a more affordable option.
Vultr GPU billing model
In addition to the changes in cPanel and Plesk, we're also updating our billing model for Vultr GPU products. Beginning October 1, 2024, we will transition from our traditional 28-day, 672-hour monthly billing cycle to the industry-standard 730-hour month for new deployments.
What does this mean for you?
The shift to a 730-hour month will be price-neutral for current monthly and committed customers, who will not see an update to their subscription. For customers who have had servers deployed for less than a full month, and for any new on-demand deployments from our portal or API, this delivers a lower hourly price.
For example, if the plan previously billed $0.179 per hour for 672 hours a month, the new rate will be $0.165 per hour over the actual number of hours each month. Because of this, if you are not on a committed contract, the hours you are billed in a given month will vary due to differing numbers of days in each month.

This adjustment offers greater clarity and standardization, ensuring your billing is transparent and aligned with industry practices for our GPU products. Cloud VMs and non-GPU products will continue to be priced and billed based on a 28-day, 672-hour month.
