Four storage tiers to meet your needs
With this relaunch, Vultr Object Storage now comes in four distinct tiers to fit a variety of workloads:
- Vultr Standard Object Storage: Ideal for low-cost bulk storage, providing affordable data retention while ensuring availability. $18/TB per month.
- Vultr Performance Object Storage: Designed for applications that require more throughput and operations per minute, offering reliability and cost-effectiveness. $36/TB per month.
- Vultr Premium Object Storage: Harnessing NVMe technology for high-performance storage optimized for in-data center access makes it perfect for workloads needing local object storage speed. $50/TB per month.
- Vultr Accelerated Object Storage: Engineered for the most demanding, write-heavy use cases with rapid, low-latency storage for frequently accessed data. $100/TB per month.
Transitioning from legacy object storage
We are deprecating our legacy object storage product as part of this upgrade. Existing customers will be automatically transitioned to the Standard tier with no disruption to their service. If you’d like to move your data to a different storage tier, you can easily migrate using the Vultr API or the S3 API.
