Accelerate OpenFold3 with AMD and Vultr

AI is transforming drug discovery and life sciences, but deploying production-ready AI models can introduce significant infrastructure complexity. OpenFold3 helps researchers predict the 3D structures of proteins, antibodies, DNA, RNA, protein complexes, and small-molecule ligands – but putting these capabilities into production requires the right platform and infrastructure.

MindWalk independently validated AMD Inference Microservices (AIM) for OpenFold3 on Vultr Kubernetes Engine (VKE), powered by AMD Instinct MI325X GPUs. The validation demonstrates how a standardized, Kubernetes-native platform can simplify deployment for demanding protein structure prediction workflows.

With AMD AIM for OpenFold3 available through the VKE Marketplace, researchers can streamline deployment, networking, HTTPS configuration, and model serving without having to manually assemble the underlying infrastructure.
